Villa PBO

Villa Plumbago, also known as PBO, is a magnificent 4-bedroom West-Indies style villa located at the far end of Colombier. Offering exquisite views and complete privacy, it is the perfect retreat for a family or a group of couples.

Every area of the villa is designed to make the most of the breezes and views, and is fitted with furniture of the highest comfort. The villa sits on top of a hill facing both east and west, and provides all-day sun.

A wide, marble stairway leads from the large garage underneath the villa to the main level, but there is also an elevator. The centerpiece of the villa is the over 60 ft long, heated infinity pool, which provides stunning views of the horizon when the sun sets.

The main house offers a sheltered rear terrace, as well as a terrace in front with views of Flamands. There is ample seating and lounging around and below the pool, as well as in the beautifully kept gardens. Each bedroom has its own garden or terrace with seating.

The main room is fully air-conditioned and houses the large, gourmet kitchen and the sitting room. There is also a small office space in the back that doubles as a TV room. The two bedrooms on the main level are situated in separate bungalows that align with the pool. The first master bedroom is situated by the end of the pool and offers stunning ocean and sunset views, as well as a private garden and terrace. This room comes with a four-poster bed with mosquito netting, couches and chairs, a large dressing area and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub and an outdoor shower. The second master bedroom is situated directly below the first, and has a large covered terrace and a beautiful garden out front. This room also has a four-poster bed with mosquito netting, a large dressing area, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. There is also a separate sitting area that can be closed off, and comes with a pull-out sleeper sofa.

The second guest room is situated next to the second master in a separate unit. This room has two twin beds that can be made up as a European-king bed, closets, and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a small table with chairs just outside in the garden. All 4 bedrooms have U.S. and French satellite and Apple TV.

The lower bedrooms lead to a hallway to the garage, and a fully-equipped fitness room.

Villa Plumbago comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
