Main Room & Outdoor Areas

The large main room with a high ceiling features a living room on one side, and dining room and modern open kitchen on the other side. The living room is furnished with modern couches and has a flat screen satellite TV. The indoor dining room offers seating for up to 8 guests. The entire main room opens wide to a covered deck with an outdoor dining and lounge area, and the pool beyond. A vast terrace stretches out the full length of the villa, offering ample shade and seating for all. The sundeck is furnished with loungers (perfect for sunbathing), and the large, solar-heated pool has stairs and an alarm. This villa also comes with ceiling fans, an electronic security gate, a Sonos sound system, and WiFi.

Bedrooms & Services

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, safe, screens, and U.S. satellite TV. Two bedrooms are located on either side of the main room. The third guest bedroom is accessed from the terrace, while the fourth bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow. House cleaning services is provided six days a week. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Villa Cairn also rents at high season rates for Thanksgiving.
