Villa Nureyev, also known as NEV, was created in the 1960’s and has a unique character thanks to its history and location. This luxurious villa was the former home of the legendary ballet dancer, Rudolf Nureyev. The legend tells the story of Nureyev dreaming of dancing and floating above the waves, so he constructed the largest floating deck to achieve his dream and was surrounded by the ocean.
Featuring 4 bedrooms, the villa has two master bedrooms on the main floor, a private suite with its own terrace and kitchen area, and a guest cottage with its own bathroom and view of the pool. With a spectacular setting over the Caribbean sea, the exterior deck offers 180 degrees of unobstructed views over the ocean with over 3000 sq. feet of outdoor space.
The terrace includes a private pool, Jacuzzi and Hamman as well as areas for total privacy and seclusion. As the only villa constructed on the ocean side of the wild coast and entirely surrounded by the ocean, it is a unique vacation experience in Saint Barths.
