Villa Kaya - Luxury Rental in Vitet

Villa Kaya, also known as KYA, is a 4-bedroom contemporary villa located in peaceful Vitet. This villa offers exquisite ocean views and is within minutes of several beaches and shopping. The modern living area is furnished with white sectional sofas and opens to a covered terrace with an outdoor living area. The living room shares its space with a small kitchen area and wet bar. On the same level is a second, full service kitchen area and adjacent indoor dining table with seating for 6 guests.

The master bedroom is located below the living room and has two windows below the water level of the pool, uniquely looking out underwater. The spacious master bedroom also has a private outdoor deck with view, indoor sitting area, ensuite bathroom with shower, and a king-size bed.

Two bedrooms are located in a separate unit next to the pool, while the fourth bedroom is located behind the kitchen. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds, two have king-size beds and all have ensuite bathroom with shower.

A wooden deck with multiple lounge areas surrounds the heated pool. An outdoor dining area is located on the deck under a partially covered terrace. The house also has WiFi, a gas grill, outdoor shower, and U.S. and French satellite TV. Villa KYA comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.

This villa is suitable for young children; however, there are no back to back reservations and children under 5 are discouraged because of the many steep steps.
