The spacious living room has large sofas, a blend of antique and teak wood furnishings, and louvered-awning windows, opening onto the terrace and breathtaking view. A guest bathroom and well-equipped kitchen with a bar complete the indoor living area.

The master suite is set in its own unit with a terrace overlooking the bay and hillside. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has a king-size bed or twin beds. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning, and a terrace with view.

The villa is surrounded by tropical gardens with a covered terrace housing an outdoor living and dining area, and opens to the large infinity pool with water jets. Loungers are found on the sun-drenched terrace, making this an ideal spot to sunbathe. The house also has WiFi and high-speed Internet, a fax machine, and French satellite TV.

Villa PAS comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
