Living Spaces

The modern entrance features a pair of small water features and leads into a large, minimalist great room. Overlooking the hills rolling down towards St-Jean Bay, the vistas from here are enchanting. The open plan design is home to the living area, dining room, and kitchen. A large TV is ideal for movie nights, but just as alluring are the coffee table books on art, architecture, and design.

Kitchen and Dining Room

At the other end of the great room is Nirvana Villa’s commercial kitchen. Well-equipped, it’s ideal for a professional chef or catering staff. There's also a smaller, outdoor kitchen, next to the well-equipped fitness room. When it’s time to dine, the dining room table with seating for up to eight people is an excellent setting for more intimate island dinners. Larger get-togethers and stylish dinner parties can move to the outdoor dining table on the covered terrace, backdropped by those incredible views.

Bedrooms

Each of the 5 bedrooms at Villa Nirvana is quiet and tranquil, ensuring the utmost privacy. Every room has a king-sized bed, ensuite, and a private terrace with armchairs. Soft white linens and a minimalist color scheme contrast with bold contemporary artworks hanging above the beds. A sixth bedroom is also on the property, suitable for a live-in nanny or private chef.

Outdoor Features

Next to the outdoor dining table on the covered terrace is a plush outdoor lounge. Steps away are the inviting infinity pool, offering plenty of options to unwind during your stay. When you’re craving a day at the beach, the popular and beautiful Shell Beach is under 5 minutes away by car. Also within easy distance is the pristine Gouverneur Beach.

Also included is a daily continental breakfast, house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays), and a manager living below the villa but using a separate entrance.
