Welcome to Villa Luffy, also known as LUF. This newly-built, two-bedroom villa is situated directly on the beach of Toiny, with mesmerizing ocean views and a tranquil atmosphere. This villa is nearly identical to ATO, just a little higher up. LUF offers the same layout and amenities.

The fully air-conditioned open-plan main room includes a kitchen and living room, which opens up to the covered dining area with a pool that overlooks the ocean. The modern, spacious kitchen features several prep areas and an island with seating, while the living room has comfortable seating and an entertainment center with U.S. satellite, AppleTV, and a BlueTooth audio system.

The two bedrooms, located on either side of the living room, both open out to a stunning ocean view. Each bedroom has a dressing and ensuite bathroom with shower. The first bedroom has a U.S. king-size bed, while the second has two twins that can be made up as a U.S. king bed.

Outside, you will find a spacious deck and outdoor dining area with a small pool, just steps away from the ocean. The Toiny beach club and restaurant is just a stone’s throw away from the villa. During the December holidays, the villa can be rented at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. The villa is also suitable for young children.
