Villa Edunia, also known as EDU, is a newly-built 4-bedroom villa situated high on the Lurin hillside minutes from Gustavia. With breathtaking sunset ocean views and cooling breezes, Villa Edunia offers the perfect escape for a family or couples vacationing together.

- Large main room with kitchen and living room that can be closed off and air-conditioned or fully opened up on both sides
- Garden space in the rear with seating and grill area
- Heated pool with large alfresco dining area and loungers
- Four bedrooms with U.S. king-sized beds (separable into two twins), dressing area and ensuite bathrooms with showers
- 3-minute drive from Shell Beach and Gustavia town, and a 5-minute drive from Gouverneur Beach
- During high season, guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries
- Villa requires a 2 week minimum in August
