Villa Gaillac: Luxury Living Above the Manapany Hotel

Villa Gaillac, also known as GAC, is a 4-bedroom luxury villa located in Anse des Cayes above the Manapany hotel. With its proximity to Gustavia and St. Jean, and its expansive views of St. Jean and Pointe Milou in the distance, the villa is a prime destination for a family vacation, but is also perfect for couples traveling together.

The villa was designed for outdoor living and the extensive deck offers plenty of seating and lounging, cooled by the constant breezes. A nice, covered outdoor dining area behind the kitchen allows for outdoor dining come rain or shine. The old Gaiac tree, which gives the villa its name and is slowly growing back, wraps around a small bench by the pool.

The open main room includes the living room and the functional kitchen with its breakfast island, as well as an indoor dining table set in a corner by the windows and benefits from the beautiful views. The first bedroom is in a separate bungalow behind the outdoor dining area, while two master bedrooms are situated in the second bungalow just above the main deck. The 4th bedroom is situated below the villa, and could be considered a third master bedroom, with a couch and gorgeous ocean views. All the rooms have a European king-sized bed, U.S. Satellite and Apple TV and closets.

Villa Gaillac comes with housekeeping 7 days a week and is the perfect destination for a luxurious and memorable vacation.
