Villa Eden: a Luxury Villa Near the Beach

Villa Eden, also known as EDN, is a luxurious two-bedroom villa, located just a quick one-minute drive from Eden Rock and the beach, restaurants, and shopping - it's close enough that many people prefer walking to the beach.

Situated near St. Jean Pond, this fully air-conditioned villa offers garden views. The spacious main room with a high ceiling features a dining area, a cozy seating area, and a large, well-equipped kitchen. The seating area offers a flat screen TV, modern chairs, and two cushioned sofas.

Both bedrooms are located directly off the living room. Each bedroom has a European king-size bed, a ceiling fan and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A large terrace with loungers (perfect for sunbathing) surrounds the swimming pool. Situated nearby is a covered terrace, housing an outdoor dining and sitting area. This villa also comes with a charcoal barbecue, an electronic security gate, satellite TV, a sound system with pool speakers and WiFi. The nearby St. Jean Pond also offers a walkway and lights at night.

The property is situated on the road, but a glass noise blocker has been installed in front of the property. Villa Eden, or EDN, comes with house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
