Villa Casa Tua: A Beachfront Luxury Sanctuary

Villa Casa Tua – also known as CTL – is a contemporary, 4-bedroom beachfront sanctuary in Lorient, right across the street from the bakery and right on the beach. Upon entering the villa, you'll be able to feel the world fall off your shoulders as you step onto the deck and hear the lapping of the waves. The villa offers direct beach access, as well as freshly baked bread and pastries steps away.

The main room has three sections, with a separate media room featuring comfortable seating, U.S. and French satellite, AppleTV and internet channels, and a Sonos sound system accessible throughout the villa. The central area offers two large sectionals with views of the pool and ocean, and a spacious and fully-equipped kitchen with a large natural stone table and seating for 8, and a television. Outside, the extended pool and deck are flanked by the four bedrooms, and just at the end, above the beach, is a sunken seating area with large benches that can serve as daybeds.

All four bedrooms have U.S. king-sized beds, ample closet space, U.S. satellite and AppleTV. The two master bedrooms face the ocean and feature double windows, ensuring a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The first master has a large open bathroom with a high-tech glass shower, while the second master has a small bathroom with shower. The other two smaller bedrooms are poolside, with one featuring a larger bathroom with shower and view of the pool.
