Villa Alta Rocca, also known as ARC, is the perfect destination for families and couples looking for the perfect getaway. Located only a short distance from the beach of St Jean, this newly-built and spacious 3-bedroom villa boasts gorgeous ocean views and a heated infinity pool.

The central gathering space, the covered terrace in front of the pool, features a big sectional sofa and an outdoor dining table, perfect for conversations and lounging. For those looking to stay in shape, the large fitness room features two twin beds, an outdoor shower and can be used as an extra room for teenagers.

The fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen is equipped with a small dining and seating section and can be fully air-conditioned. All three bedrooms come with a European king-sized bed, his-and-hers closets, connected TVs with U.S satellite and ensuite bathrooms with shower. Two of the bedrooms are located in separate bungalows, while the third is adjacent to the kitchen and living room.

Villa Alto Rocca also comes with 7 days a week housekeeping, including Sundays and public holidays, making it the perfect place for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.
