Villa Alhena - the Perfect Spot for a Luxury Getaway

Villa Alhena, also known as ALH, is a newly-built, 3-bedroom villa located in the exclusive Domaine du Lurin. High up in the hills of Lurin, just a short drive from Gustavia, Villa Alhena offers both a great location and panoramic views.

The large terrace surrounding the heated infinity pool provides ample seating in both sun and shade, allowing guests to spend entire days in the sun, breezes and gorgeous views.

The main living area can be opened up to a small courtyard garden to let in tropical breezes and has a comfortable sectional in front of the TV, which blends into the formal dining area with seating for 8. The kitchen is fully equipped for a chef and features a kitchen island separating the dining area. A Sonos sound system can be accessed throughout the villa.

The master bedroom is just off the living room and is spacious with a European king-sized bed, French satellite and Apple TV, ample closet space and a dressing area. The ensuite bathroom has both an indoor and an outdoor shower. The two guest rooms are situated on the lower floor, each with two twin beds or a European king-sized bed, large closet, French satellite, Apple TV and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Villa Alhena comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
