Villa Lagon Jaune - AJL

Villa Lagon Jaune, also known as AJL, is a modern 4-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within steps of the beach. This house can be rented with its sister villa, APL, for a total of 6 bedrooms and 2 pools.

This villa is extremely spacious. The living area and kitchen open to the covered terrace and pool area overlooking the ocean. A mezzanine over the kitchen has a queen-size futon and desk. A covered terrace outside houses a large, wooden dining table with seating suitable for up to 6 guests. A stone terrace surrounds the pool area and offers comfortable outdoor seating facing the ocean.

Three of the bedrooms are on the main level, and have a king-size bed (or 2 twin beds), ensuite bathroom, and air-conditioning. A mini-suite is located separately and features a kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and private terrace. This mini-suite would be ideal for a nanny.

During high season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries. The house also comes with beach chairs and equipment, 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards (shared by Villas du Lagon and available upon request), high-speed Internet, WiFi, and U.S. and French satellite TV.

Villa Lagon Jaune comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children.
