Villa St. Jean Lataniers, also known as REL, is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa that is located in St. Jean and just minutes away from the beach and shopping districts. Boasting a stunning view of the ocean and surrounding landscape, this villa is the perfect place for a relaxed and peaceful getaway.

The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas with beige cushions and opens to a dining area with a wooden table and bench seats. A breakfast bar separates the well-equipped kitchen from the living room. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom and opens to a terrace with an ocean view. The second bedroom has a king-size bed and shares its bathroom with the third bedroom, which has twin beds that can be pushed together to make a king-size bed.

Surrounded by lush, tropical gardens and trees, Villa REL is frequently visited by peacocks. With a covered terrace with white tiles, this villa offers an outdoor dining area and a hammock, which is ideal for naps or reading outside. Loungers surround the infinity pool with steps which allow you to ease into the refreshing water. The house also comes with air-conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, high-speed Internet, a gas grill, and satellite TV.

Villa REL comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for young children and pets are permitted with a security deposit.
