Living Spaces

The living, dining, and cooking areas blend together in an elegant open-plan design with large windows that blur the line between indoors and out. The living room is a comfortable spot to unwind, opening on both sides to the wrap-around sun terrace.

Kitchen and Dining Room

The cozy, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create gourmet meals to share with family and friends. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. A wooden table in the kitchen is ideal for an early breakfast before heading outside to explore. The elegant dining table is more suited to formal dinners, with seating for up to 6 guests next to the living room.

Bedrooms

Villa Marie has two bedrooms offering every comfort and privacy. Each comes with a luxurious king-sized bed and splendid views over the ocean. The first bedroom is behind the kitchen, with a spacious bathroom and a private dressing area. The master bedroom is in front of the pool on the lower level. This room has a TV, a dressing area, an ensuite bathroom, and a shower that opens to the outside. The master bedroom also has a small kitchenette, which can serve as an auxiliary kitchen for the pool area.

Outdoor Features

A spacious sundeck wraps around both sides of the living area, with plenty of spots to enjoy the Caribbean sun. In the back is a tropical garden, filled with colorful orchids and a comfortable seating area. On the other side of the sundeck, a lounge area has stunning views over the ocean and islands of Île Frégate, Île Bonhomme, and Saint Martin. Steps lead down to a lower-level deck, where loungers, a sunbed, and a large parasol surround the inviting infinity pool. Lorient Bay Beach is a 5-minute drive away, offering soft sand for sunbathing and tranquil waters for swimming and snorkeling. Five minutes in the other direction is the quiet and secluded Marigot Bay Beach.

Amenities

Villa Marie comes with world-class amenities and thoughtful design, including high-speed Wi-Fi, a gas grill, air-conditioning, French and U.S. satellite TV channels, and house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Please note that the villa requires a $1,000 security deposit.
