Villa Felicita: A Luxurious 5+2 Bedroom Retreat

Villa Felicita, also known as FEL, is a luxurious, newly-built villa offering breathtaking views of Lorient bay and the ocean beyond. Located in a tranquil nature reserve and easily accessible to the island’s hotspots, this villa is ideal for a large family or group of friends vacationing together.

The Pool and Living Areas

The main level features an oversized, heated infinity pool, a large deck, and an enormous gazebo that covers the dining area, an outdoor living room, and an outdoor kitchen. Inside, the fully-equipped chef’s kitchen provides plenty of counter space and refrigeration, while the cozy living area has a full view of Lorient bay.

The Bedrooms

The villa has 5 main bedrooms, 2 of which are master suites with U.S. king-sized beds, private terraces, large dressing areas, and ensuite bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Two other bedrooms each have a private terrace, a European king-sized bed, ample closet space, and ensuite bathrooms with shower. Two smaller bedrooms with queen sized beds and ensuite bathrooms with shower are also available, ideal for teenagers or staff.

Additional Amenities

Villa Felicita also comes with house cleaning services and a chef, as well as a large, well-equipped fitness room, a media room, and U.S. satellite TV, AppleTV, and internet TV in all bedrooms and the living area. During Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
