Villa Chanticleer - A Luxury Five Bedroom Villa

Villa Chanticleer, also known as CTC, is a luxurious 5-bedroom villa set on more than three acres of land on the north coast of St. Lucia. Enjoy breathtaking views of the bay of Lorient from the reception room or the ocean-facing infinity swimming pool and terrace.

The first bedroom is situated next to the kitchen, in its own bungalow. The second and third bedrooms, also each in its own bungalow, follow a path that goes out into the garden, with each one more connected with nature and further from the main house. The fourth and fifth bedrooms are next to each other at the back of the property, along with the ample parking area and the fitness area. All of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and air-conditioning.

The tropical gardens that surround the home offer a colorful and natural oasis of greenery and calm. Elsewhere in the grounds you can find a tennis court, a gym and plenty of quiet spots to relax in among its lush gardens. Note - The tennis court is currently undergoing renovations and is not available for use.

Villa Chanticleer comes with house cleaning services seven days a week (including holidays). During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
