Bedrooms

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all serene and private. Each bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, air-conditioning, and its own ensuite bathroom. Three of the bedrooms are on the main level and two of those enjoy ocean views. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level.

Villa Avalon’s terrace is a great place for sunseekers, with a southern exposure ensuring that the entire space enjoys all-day sunlight. Lounge by the lap pool on a sunbed, or take a dip to cool off. Admire the ocean views from outside and watch the sun set. Gouverneur beach is just a 3-minute drive away.

Amenities

Villa Avalon comes with air-conditioning in all four bedrooms, French and U.S. Satellite TV, code-locked safes, and fast Wi-Fi. There are house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children aged 10 and older.
