Villa Petit Lagon, also known as APL, is a luxurious 2-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac, just a short walk from the beach and minutes away from nearby shopping areas. This hillside villa boasts beautiful ocean views.

The living area opens onto a terrace and pool with view. A small, galley-style kitchen is nearby for convenience. Additionally, a covered terrace houses an outdoor dining area with seating for 6 guests. Both air-conditioned bedrooms can be arranged with a king-size bed or two twin beds, an ensuite bathroom and access to a private terrace.

For those looking for an even larger space, the villa can be rented with neighboring villas LAB, LAR, and AJL for a total of 16 bedrooms.

This villa offers a wooden terrace with pink loungers, a gas grill and an outdoor living area surrounding the pool. Guests can also take advantage of WiFi and high-speed Internet, beach chairs, French satellite TV and use of 2 kayaks and 2 paddleboards upon request.

High season guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries. House cleaning services are provided six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa does not allow children, ages 5 and younger, without a signed swimming waiver.

Rate for Bucket Week - $13,500. Villa requires a 2 week minimum in August.
