Villa Acai, also known as ACI, is a fully-renovated, 3-bedroom villa, perched on a rock above the beach area and offering sweeping views of Flamands and its beach. Ideally situated on a corner lot in the popular Roc de Flamands residence, Villa Acai is your ideal destination for a family vacation.

Living Spaces

The living room and kitchen are on the main level of this fully air-conditioned house. A large and comfortable sectional couch dominates the living room, with a small, but fully-equipped kitchen in the back. A terrace wraps around the large part of the main level, which offers ample seating as well as dining space and a large gas grill.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The bedrooms are on the lower level. Two guest rooms share a bathroom, while the master bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, as well as U.S. and French satellite and Apple TV. Each bedroom has two twin beds that can be made up as a European king-sized bed.

Heated Pool

A few steps lower is the large sun deck with the heated pool that overlooks a large part of Flamands beach, flanked by the original rock formation and tropical vegetation and offers maximum privacy.

House Cleaning Services

Villa Acai comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
