Villa Mer Soleil - An Ocean Side Luxury Villa

Indulge in the beauty of the ocean at Villa Mer Soleil, a contemporary three-bedroom villa in Gouverneur. Situated in the lower hills, enjoy stunning views of the sunset from the large deck, heated pool, and cozy gas fire pit.

The large living room is cooled by ceiling fans and natural breezes and features ample seating. Adjacent to the living room is a fully-equipped modern kitchen and breakfast bar, as well as a large dining table that can easily seat 10.

Each of the three bedrooms come with a full king-sized bed, TV with U.S. satellite, Apple TV, his and hers closets, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom connects to the kitchen, while the guest room connects to the terrace in front. The third bedroom is on the lower level and has a private terrace.

Villa Mer Soleil is perfect for couples vacationing together or a family with children. House cleaning services are provided six days a week, except on holidays. No events, large dinners, cocktail parties, etc are allowed at the villa.
