A great room at Villa Grain De Folie contains the living room, dining table, and kitchen. Vaulted ceilings above are lit by stylish edge lighting, while doors open wide to let in the salty Caribbean breeze. The large living room has a soft sofa, a comfortable spot for your morning coffee or settling in with a good book. An entertainment center features a flat-screen TV with U.S. satellite channels and a Sonos sound system.

Kitchen and Dining Room

Next to the living room is Villa Grain De Folie’s modern and well-equipped kitchen. To make things easy, our concierge can organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange private chef service for a special occasion. When it’s time to dine, the living area shares its space with an indoor dining area. Alfresco dining is also available, with a dining deck offering stunning views over the twinkling lights of the harbor below.

Bedrooms

On either side of Grain De Folie’s living room are two spacious bedrooms, ensuring the utmost privacy between guests. Each comes with air-conditioning, a luxurious king-sized bed, a TV, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. Decorated with a traditional style, the rooms feature colonial four-poster beds and solid wooden furnishings. Contrasted with white walls, each has a calming, tropical atmosphere ideal for recharging each evening.

Outdoor Features

The outdoor terrace is the best place to enjoy those incredible views. In its center is the swimming pool, lined by loungers for sunbathing during the day. From here you can enjoy vistas of the shimmering Caribbean and the islands Les Gros Islets, Le Pain de Sucre, and Les Petits Saints. A gazebo features a sitting and dining area, a nice spot to enjoy a rum punch or gourmet dinner at sunset. A lush tropical garden surrounds the entire terrace and pool area.

Beaches and Sights Nearby

A 5-minute drive to the north is Flamands Beach, with a picture-perfect sweep of white sand and turquoise water. It’s also home to one of the island’s most upscale hotels, offering superb drinking and dining options. A bit closer is the smaller Corossol Beach, with traditional boats bobbing in the water offshore. The fishing village atmosphere and quiet beach make it feel a world away from the elegant Gustavia, which less than 10 minutes away by car.

Villa Grain De Folie in St. Barts comes with house cleaning services six days a week (except on holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Children aged 9 years and older are welcome.
