The open floor plan of the main living area extends outdoors to the pool. An island separates the modern kitchen from the dining table which is set in the middle of the space. On the other side is a cozy seating area with a large screen TV. A stairway next to the small indoor pond leads down to 2 bedrooms with European king-size beds, dressing areas, and ensuite bathrooms with large showers. Each bedroom also has an outdoor terrace set in a quarter circle.

Relax in the small infinity pool that stretches out to the middle of the living room and is flanked by two quarter-circles of deck with loungers. Enjoy ample sun and breezes from the deck. As the property is located on a steep road, a 4x4 vehicle is highly recommended.

This villa also comes with U.S. satellite TV and WiFi and house cleaning services six days a week. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
