Tucked away in the tropical gardens of Lorient, Villa Manoir de Lorient (MNR) is an exquisite 7-bedroom villa located just a 5-minute drive from Lorient Beach, shopping, and the nearest town. This property is a modern renovation of a farmhouse from Normandy, France, and boasts a grand open-plan living area with a gourmet galley-style kitchen, loft, partially air-conditioned TV area, and a large dining table.

Luxurious Bedrooms

The villa has 4 bedrooms located in a row of bungalows at a far corner of the property, including 2 master bedrooms and 2 guest rooms, and 3 more bedrooms situated in a separate unit built around a little courtyard. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans, and each except for the kids bedroom is furnished with European king-size beds. The kids room has 4 twin beds, and two of the bedrooms share a bathroom with the rest having their own ensuite bathroom with a shower. Two of the bedrooms also feature outdoor showers.

The villa also comes with a wooden deck with palm trees surrounding the large, unheated pool and adjacent pool house, a mature rubber tree hiding a tree house at the heart of the property, an electronic security gate, a gas grill, foosball table, ping-pong table, home theater, an outdoor dining area, U.S. and French satellite TV, and WiFi. House cleaning services are also provided six days a week.

Thanksgiving and December Holidays

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used and Thanksgiving rents at High Season rates.
