Living Spaces:

Flowing from one space to another, each room in Villa Ivy opens to the outdoors, overlooking the hills rolling down to meet the water. Vaulted ceilings capture plenty of natural light streaming through windows and doors.

The living room is at the heart of the villa, furnished with a plush loveseat and sofa. Relaxing here is easy, made better thanks to the large flat-screen TV hooked up to an Apple TV unit and U.S. satellite channels.

Kitchen and Dining Room:

Nearby, the spacious and modern kitchen at Ivy Villa is a foodie’s dream. Double fridges provide boundless space for local ingredients and flavors – our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery. Catered meals are also available, and we can even arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

A large breakfast island with seating is the best spot in the house for your morning espresso or some fresh fruit. Outside on the covered terrace is a dining table with seating for 5, an ideal setting for gourmet meals.

Bedrooms:

There are 2 bedrooms at Villa Ivy, one on each side of the living room to maximize privacy between guests. Calm, tranquil, and luxurious, they’re comfortable spots to recharge each night.

Each bedroom has a plush king-sized bed, a TV with U.S. satellite channels, and ample closet space to allow you to settle in. Spacious ensuite bathrooms have large walk-in showers and a his-and-her double vanity.

Outdoor Features:

The living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms all have direct access to the outdoor terrace. Loungers and sunbeds offer plenty of spots to relax and soak up the island sun, while a heated infinity pool is an inviting spot to spend your day.

Beyond the pool, a large lawn is another great spot to set yourself up for a sunbathing session. From everywhere, remarkable vistas take in the surrounding hills, St-Jean, and the sparkling Caribbean. Each evening, stunning sunsets will draw you outside, sending hues of yellow, red, and gold across the sky.
