Villa ARK

Villa Arawak, also known as ARK, is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa located in Pointe Milou, just five minutes away from Lorient Beach and ten minutes from shopping and the nearest town. This villa, formerly known as Villa Papillon Blanc (PBC), has been renovated with contemporary materials and bright travertine floors. Enjoy stunning sunset views from the living room, which opens to an infinity pool and outdoor space with two convertible sofas that can double as daybeds. Inside, the gourmet kitchen connects to the living room, and a separate bungalow houses a master bedroom with a private terrace and seating. The two additional bedrooms, located on either side of the living room, offer European king-sized beds, his and hers closet space, and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Additional amenities include a gas grill, beach chairs and umbrellas, iPod docking stations, U.S. and French satellite TV, and WiFi. House cleaning services are provided six days a week, and the villa is available for rental at full occupancy rates during the Thanksgiving and December holidays, regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
