Escape to Villa Alpaka, also known as APK, a spacious 4-bedroom contemporary villa situated on the hillside above the Cheval Blanc hotel in Flamands. Located just a short ride from the beautiful beach of Flamands or to Gustavia, Villa Alpaka is the perfect vacation villa for families or several couples traveling together!

Generous Living Space

Villa Alpaka is equipped with a large modern kitchen with a gorgeous wooden breakfast bar underneath a skylight, and a more formal dining table indoors. The large open living room has two separate seating areas, one centered around an entertainment center and the other with comfortable sofas in front of the terrace. U.S. and French Satellite TV is available in the living room.

Outdoor Areas

A villa-wide terrace with seating in both the sun and shade, and the outdoor dining room surround the large infinity pool. Each bedroom also has a small private terrace. The master bedroom is situated next to the living room on the main level, while the second bedroom is on the lower level right below the master, with a third adjacent to the second. The fourth bedroom is also on the lower level and is accessed via a separate staircase. All bedrooms can be arranged with two full twin beds that can be separated or pushed together to make a U.S. king-sized bed. Each bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Additional Amenities

A 3-car covered parking area keeps cars out of rain and sun, plus a 4th parking spot just before the gate. During high season, guests receive access to the Form Fitness sports center and complimentary breakfast of fresh baguette and pastries. Villa Alpaka comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. Villa requires a 2 week minimum in August.
