A Brand New 3-Bedroom Villa

Villa Star, also known as WW TAR, is a brand new 3-bedroom villa located in Camaruche, above the beautiful bay of Lorient. Built into the rock of the hillside, the villa offers breathtaking views and stunning sunsets.

It's just a short drive away from the beach and surrounded by an outdoor space centered around an infinity pool which enjoys near all day sun. Fully air-conditioned, the main room of the villa can be a welcome refuge after a long day in the sun, or opened up to the natural breezes.

The kitchen is next to the entrance and the living room is in the middle section, with the dining table in front of the view. The master bedroom is situated outside the living room in front of the pool, with a large ensuite bathroom featuring an indoor and outdoor shower. Two more bedrooms are located on the lower floor in a hallway next to the parking area, both of which have ensuite bathrooms with indoor shower.

Villa WW TAR offers U.S. and French satellite TV, his-and-hers closets, a mini bar and a European king-sized bed in each bedroom. The villa can be rented together with STR to make a total of 8 bedrooms. Villa WW TAR comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays.

For August the villa requires a 3 week minimum with full occupancy and during the Thanksgiving and December holidays the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of the number of bedrooms used.
