Villa Santa Alicia, or SAN, is a luxurious 3-bedroom villa located in Flamands. Situated on the hillside, the villa enjoys gorgeous bay views and tropical breezes. It's just a short walk away from Flamands Beach and a 5-minute drive from shopping and the nearest town.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa features an open living space with a wide window for expansive views, two sofas, an entertainment center with U.S. and French satellite TV, and a modern kitchen with an island for food preparation. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with a shower, and double vanity. Two of the bedrooms have U.S. satellite TV.
The terrace around the heated pool is an ideal spot for entertaining, with its Sonos sound system, outdoor speakers, ample seating, and ocean views. The villa also comes with Apple TV, Satellite TV, ceiling fans, an outdoor dining area, a security alarm system, and WiFi.
Cleaning services are included six days a week (excluding Sundays and French holidays). During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa is rented at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
