Villa Casa Del Mar, also known as CMA, is a luxurious 6-bedroom villa located in Petit Cul de Sac within minutes of the beach and shopping. Perched on almost 2 acres of private land, the villas boast magnificent views and walking areas and feature furniture from B&B Italia, Dedon, and Valcucine. Casa del Sol perched on top of the property, has 2 bedrooms, a swimming pool, sundecks, living room, well-equipped kitchen, and dining area. Casa del Mar has 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and private sun decks. Common areas include several sundecks surrounding the heated pool, the outdoor dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, and an air-conditioned living room area. The villa also comes with access to the private tennis courts on the beach in Domaine du Levant. Daily house cleaning services and a chef are also provided. Below the main floor of Casa del Mar is a comfortable family theater room with a screen projector and surround sound. Adjoining the theater is a workout center with a bathroom and shower. An outdoor cliff-side dining and BBQ pavilion is on the far end of the property, as well as a 60-square-yard stone sundeck and an 8-person stone Jacuzzi with stunning ocean views.

Please note: During the week of Thanksgiving and Bucket Regatta the villa is rented at high-season rate. This villa is suitable for younger children. A security deposit of $3,000 is required.
