Villa Caro, also known as ARO, is a newly-built, 5-bedroom villa situated at the top of Gouverneur with stunning ocean views.

This modern Caribbean-style villa boasts wooden paneling throughout and plenty of natural light. With the famous Santa Fe restaurant just around the corner and a short drive to beaches and Gustavia, this is an ideal vacation villa.

Lounge with a drink in the sunken gazebo next to the pool, or on the couch in the far corner of the terrace, or on one of the comfortable loungers. The generous outdoor space surrounding the large, heated infinity pool offers ample sun and shade and is the ideal spot to enjoy the views, breezes, and the warm Caribbean sun.

The main room can be closed off and fully air-conditioned and the large glass doors can be fully opened up to the terrace and pool. The beautiful wooden paneling in the back of the main room discreetly hides the entrance door, an office, as well as an auxiliary kitchen, wrapping the entire space in a warm natural atmosphere. A large kitchen island with seating separates the kitchen from the living room.

To the left of the main room is the master bedroom. While all bedrooms are similar in style size and amenities, the master bedroom has a full dressing area and larger shower with side jets, U.S. satellite TV, a U.S. king-size bed and ocean views. Two guest bedrooms are side by side to the right of the main room, each with his-and-hers closets, ensuite bathroom with shower, U.S. satellite TV, U.S. king-sized bed and ocean views. Two additional bedrooms are in a garden setting in the back of the property. These rooms each have two twin beds that can be made up as a U.S. king-sized bed. They are similar in size as the other bedrooms, with his-and-hers closets, ensuite bathroom with shower, and U.S. satellite TV.

A fitness room is situated on the lower floor.

Villa Caro is an ideal villa for families as well as couples vacationing together. Villa Caro comes with house cleaning services and a chef. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
