Villa Blackstone, also known as BLK, is a 6-bedroom luxury villa located in Marigot, just 5 minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes away from shopping. Enjoy the breathtaking view of Marigot Bay from this hillside property!

Main Room

The main room features a high ceiling, a cushioned sofa, a chaise lounge, and a dining area with seating for up to 12 guests. Adjacent to the dining area is a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar.

Bedrooms

• The first bedroom comes with a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower. This room is wheelchair accessible and located on the main level next to the kitchen.
• The large master bedroom is situated in a separate bungalow a half level lower, next to the main deck and pool. This bedroom also comes with a European king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with both an indoor and outdoor shower.
• The remaining 4 bedrooms are located on the lower level below the pool. Three bedrooms are furnished with European king-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has twin beds and connects to a guest bedroom (perfect for parents with children). Each bedroom can be fully separated with double doors.

Deck & Pool

A large wooden deck with loungers surrounds the swimming pool. Near the pool are built-in, cushioned sofas and an umbrella-covered outdoor dining area. This air-conditioned villa also comes with ceiling fans, Apple and French satellite TV, WiFi, and a security gate.

House Cleaning Services

House cleaning services are provided six days a week, except on holidays. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
